#Giving Tuesday is the kickoff of the season of giving in Charlotte. It's a way that we can harness the power of the whole community coming together to support the people in our city that need it most. 

This #GivingTuesdayCLT, Metrolina Association for the Blind has three big goals that we can't reach without your help: 

Goal #1: Raise $9090 in honor of our 90th anniversary.
Investment: $29.90 and up.

Goal #2: Gain 20 new volunteers. 
How: When COVID peaked in 2020, we responded by limiting the contact our clients were having with volunteers. Now we need to rebuild our corps of volunteers who want to directly help those with vision loss and blindness. Here are some of the ways volunteers can help:

• Accompanying clients on shopping trips, medical appointments, and other errands so that they can safely and confidently navigate in public spaces.
• Attend social group outings. 
• Helping with support groups, skills classes, and fundraising events

Goal #3: Receive 20 donations from our SHARE Good Amazon Wishlist. 
Investment: $20 and up.
